My own spiritual journey did begin by an accident in 1995 which gave me an Near Death Experience (NDE).

Where do I begin, with this beautiful soul, Mette? Mette and I met in an online spiritual group. I had been participating for several months in this group and had been sharing about how fear surfaces and manifests in my life as a result of severe childhood trauma. I was also sharing about the difficulties I have in moving through fear in my life, particularly surrounding interviewing. Mette reached out to me to say that she uses a technique called, Whole Hearted Healing and offered her services. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (US) new modalities of treatment always pique my interest and I was all in! Especially if I were to find some healing surrounding my underlying current of fear. After spending years in therapy myself, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that i was not going to need to rehash my trauma in order for this technique to be useful. I was also surprised by the fact that without rehashing my traumas, the healing I found in the process! I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical because the sessions were to be held online since I am in the US. However, Zoom did not impeded the process at all and I got to participate from the comfort of my own home. Since having these sessions with Mette as my guide, I have experienced significant healing in my body. Trauma lives in the body, and my body was feeling it. The release that I experienced centered around pain in my hips and back is palpable. During the sessions with Mette, I discovered new insights about a particularly troubling relationship that I had been previously unaware of. I experienced visions of my ancestors to facilitate understanding of the generational trauma that has occurred within my family, and my fear is receding. These experiences were hands-down worth it! As a clinician, I was so convinced by this treatment modality, I have purchased the book, to learn more. If you are interested in healing trauma on the cellular level, this is the way to go! UPDATE: Since completing the intervention with Mette, I have had another job interview that lasted 1.5 hours, which is unheard of for me! I typically shorten my responses due to nervousness to facilitate ending the interview. I was comfortable and confident and was able to answer the questions throughly and concisely. And the best part was I landed a significantly higher paying job! Thanks again, Mette!!
